Fishing Guide Services is family owned and operated by two
brothers, Kerry and Jon Sheffield. The guide service
follows a long tradition of fishing Florida waters started
by Kerry and Jon's father, C.W. "Mickey" Sheffield.
Mickey Sheffield
started a fishing club on the St. Johns River in the 1940's
called the Possum Bluff Safari Club that has lasted more
than 50 years. Mickey was the original fishing guide
starting with his nickname "the old Indian guide".
Mickey knew the techniques and hot spots for catching Bass
and other fresh water fish and passed these on to his son
Kerry.
Kerry Sheffield
has been fishing Central Florida for his entire life and
will use these skills to ensure that your fishing trip with
